Welcome to our cooking show of "risotto alla milanese". The cooking show will be held at Hattvika Lodge, Ballstad, Hattvikveien 14.
You will eat Italian focaccia, risotto alla Milanese and, to end, salty caramel semifreddo. Our chef will show you how to cook the perfect risotto alla milanese.
