Welcome to our gnocchi cooking lesson! The course will be held by Chiara and Simone at Lofoten Gårdsysteri during Matfestivalen i Lofoten. You will learn how to prepare italian gnocchi and you will dine with your own handmade pasta, using local Lofoten products. You will learn curiosities and fun facts about italian traditions.
